Grade 7 students in Saskatchewan were tested for their understanding of history and treaties and the success of the mandatory K-12 treaty education program was assessed with respect to requirements of the Treaty Commissioner.
Survey administered to Grade 7 students from the Melfort School District. Measured understanding of history and treaties, and assessed whether education program was meeting the requirements of the Office of the Treaty Commission.
