Shows First Nations communities are in a unique position geographically and have the demographics and labour force to increase employment through skills training and collaboration.
Recommendations include: improving teacher and community engagement, developing and implementing strategies to deliver expanded and flexible programs to a variety of students, increasing and extending funding, and conducting needs and outcomes assessment.
