The first report is on the socio-economic conditions that contributed to the spread of tuberculosis, and the economic measures needed to be taken to improve the lives of the Swampy Cree Indians. The second report is an account of the socio-economic conditions of Aboriginal people and recommendations for improving their health status.
Focuses on the Treaty Alliance of North American Aboriginal Nations which is a mutual defense pact. Includes supportive commentaries.
