Treaty 8 and Northern Saskatchewan

Provides a history of the negotiations of Treaty 8, beginning with an 1879 petition to the federal government from the peoples in Stanley, Pelican Narrows, and Île-à-la Crosse for a treaty and support with food and clothing.
