Designed for use with Pearson Saskatchewan Social Studies 4. Part of unit introduces themes related to the Grade 4 Treaty Essential Learnings which discuss the Indian Act of 1876 and how it was not part of the treaty agreements.
Provides introduction to K-Net (Kuhkenah Network) and presents four case studies exploring its use in wastewater treatment, health, education and video conferencing. Chapter eight from Learning, Technology, and Traditions, which is vol. 6 in the Aboriginal Policy Research series.
