Qu'Appelle Valley Indian Development Authority Inquiry Flooding Claim

Historical background and submission to Indian Claims Commission (ICC) regarding the flooding of reserve lands submitted by Qu'Appelle Valley Indian Development Authority (QVIDA) that represents eight First Nations from the area. ICC recommended that Canada has a lawful obligation to the QVIDA over the flooding of their reserve lands.
