Duty to Protect: Special Investigation Report

Report looks at events surrounding the death of a two-and-a-half month old infant and the services provided to the infant and family. Concludes with recommendations for the Tribal Council Health and Family Services and provincial social agencies to change policies and processes when at-risk children have been identified.
