Following this McKay presents on Metis history, unemployment, education (including primary and post-secondary) issues, small business development, environment, natural resources and health (including the adverse impact of hydro developments), culture and identity, health services, land claims, transportation, general northern issues, recreation, senior's issues, housing, social services, alcoholism, justice concerns, policing, and racism and discrimination. Following the presentation Commissioner Wilson thanks McKay for his presentation.
