Moore discusses his conviction for murder under a repealed section of the criminal code of Canada, how he is innocent and feels his conviction contradicted his rights as an Aboriginal person, and how he would like to be exonerated. Moore also references several other high profile cases of wrongful conviction in Canada. Following the presentation Commissioner Dussault comments on the issues raised.
