Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples: Individual Presentation by Raymond Cutknife

File contains an individual presentation by Raymond Cutknife that questions how effective the Commission and its findings will be. He hopes that with the Commission's findings "the federal government will engender a sincere will and desire to demonstrate and inform the First Nations that they will discontinue implementing and imposing assimilative laws nad policies against the will of the First Nations, chances of improving the lives of the First Nations will no doubt establish more effective and understanding relationships." Following the presentation is a question-and-answer session with the Commissioners.
