Human Rights Complaint Filed Against MP Pankiw

Discusses the Canadian Human Rights Commission complaint filed by John Melenchuk regarding a controversial pamphlet sent out by Saskatoon Member of Parliament Jim Pankiw. At one point in the article Michael Woodiwiss contends that the essential difference between crimes committed by colonizers and contemporary Aboriginals is that the formers’ crimes went unpunished and mostly unrecorded.
