Lucky Man Cree Nation: Treaty Land Entitlement Phase II Inquiry

Found that Canada owes an outstanding lawful obligation to provide land to the Lucky Man First Nation under terms of Treaty 6 and recommended that the treaty land entitlement claim be accepted for negotiation under Canada's Specific Claim Policy.
