Arey discusses issues such as depression; addictions; violence; suicide; incarceration; poverty; unemployment; cultural change; racism; sexual abuse; wage and domestic labour; the need for increased education and training; the importance of Elders' wisdom and skills; and balancing different roles. Following the presentation the assembled Commissioners discuss some of the issues raised. Commissioner Rene Dussault delivers closing remarks followed by a closing prayer by Tom Ross.
