Study conducted through analysis of secondary and primary interviews with Aboriginal women and healthcare providers. Found that while perceptions of racism, judgement and discrimination did not influence decisions to seek medical attention for their children, they did affect women's decisions about accessing services for themselves.

Using a two eyed seeing approach looks at how Aboriginal women shape sports around them and presents findings from interviews held at an Aboriginal women in Canadian sport national roundtable held in 2008.
