The Rocky Mountain Rangers, under Captain Stewart, and the Moose Mountain Scouts, under Captain White, were also put in commission for service during the 1885 Resistance.Suggests the lack of resources is one of the major challenges of re-establishing Inuit midwifery in the Canadian Arctic.
