Sketch of the steamer "Northcote" being fired upon during the Northwest Resistance.
Case involved members of the Saskatoon Police Service who had picked up the teenager and driven him to a location on the outskirts of the city where he subsequently died of exposure.
Evaluation based on survey distributed to customers to evaluate of market activity and impact on the community. Provides recommendations.
