Low-Income and Homeless Inuit in Montreal

Based on information gathered during implementation of Makivik strategy and action plan between 2011 and 2013 and a questionnaire which was administered to 75 participants. Topics include reasons for migration, characteristics of the population, access to medical and social services, prevention of homelessness, and the need for development of first and second level services.
