Fort Pelly: An Historical Sketch

Using the archival journals from the years 1832-36, 1857-58, and 1863-64 the article describes some of the history and operations of the fur trade post, which was built by the Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) following its merger with the North West Company (NWC) in 1821.
