Proposed Revisions to Policy on Additions to Reserve and Reserve Creation

Comments on the proposed revisions regarding whether First Nations are allowed to "expand their reserve land base to deal with increased population, take advantage of economic opportunities, resolve land claims for insufficient land entitlement under treaties or for past deprivations of their legal entitlement to reserve land, or in extreme cases, to relocate their communities".
