Reports results of surveys completed at three different conferences, key informant interviews with service providers, school personnel, and family/individuals in four communities, and a community meeting. Focused on four areas of inquiry: community strengths and challenges for individuals and their families, familiarity with network agencies in their state, service and support providers, and most important information about community need.
