Woods, senior probation officer for Buffalo Narrows, discusses the need for more community involvement in programming, jurisdictional confusion with regard to Metis people, housing and economic issues, and alcohol problems. Following the presentations Commissioners Dussault and Sillet discuss some of the issues raised with Montgrand and Woods.
