Special Study on INAC’s Funding Arrangements: Final Report

Objective was to examine whether funding arrangements for devolution of programs and services were appropriate, effective in achieving targeted outcomes, efficient administratively and as government policy instruments, and whether accountability provisions were suited to the needs of funding recipients and the Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs.
