The commentary is by James Halkett, who produced the program with Robert Halkett, John Halkett, and Maureen Matthews.

Study examines the role players and organizations have in the development of economic, social and cultural well-being of the community and highlights key opportunities and challenges.

A draft proposal relating to economic difficulties experienced by residents of northern Saskatchewan. The proposals are to include both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal inhabitants and include the construction of filleting plants, longer fishing seasons and guaranteed wages for Aboriginal workers.
