Describes unique system created by the tribe to track and triage deaths, attempts, and ideation, and the community programming developed to identify at-risk youth and increase coping skills and resiliency. Analysis of the data collected showed that the age-adjusted suicide rates had decreased from 40 to 24.7 per 100,000.
