Study conducted in-depth interviews with 153 individuals focusing on positive and negative impacts of relationship networks in a group with limited resources in terms of income, educational attainment and employment.
Study interviewed 32 homeless people to gain an understanding of their situation and social service agencies to gauge their familiarity with homeless population, services they provided, and changes in the previous five years. Makes eight recommendations for policy responses.
