Jean Baptiste Cadotte's First Family: Genealogical Summary
Cadotte (sometimes spelt Cadot) was a prominent figure in the Lake Superior fur trade and married two Ojibwe women, Athanasie and Catherine. These articles focus on the children of Athanasie, also known as Equawaice, part of the Bullhead Catfish clan.
