Based on a survey of 364 clients, with the results broken down into six categories: youth entrepreneurship development, establishment of a new business, modernization/expansion of an existing business, trade and market expansion, Aboriginal tourism and miscellaneous.
Provides overview of Aboriginal health and outlines strategic plan to better serve the population through education, cultural accommodation and by partnering with health providers.

Study conducted using interviews with 62 Alaska Native individuals who had attended schools or had parents who had experienced them. Looked at: disruption of family, multiple losses, coping strategies, and resilience.
Showed mental health outcomes for those attending boarding school fell in to five categories: severely impacted, ambivalent, positive, activated and driven.

Description
Report examines treatment on 18 Navajo and Dene children with SCIDA. Findings demonstrate the efficacy of bone marrow transplantation when treating infants with this distinct form of SCID and indicates those who were treated with immunosuppressive and myeloablative therapy had a poor outcome.

Description and evaluation of in-patient treatment centre program based on blend of traditional healing activities and centralized residential care. Sources of information included client experience surveys as well as interviews with administrators, staff, and community referral workers.
Project involved facilitated weekly group meetings in which participants shared common experiences and gained empowerment through discussion, counselling and role modeling. Survey (done in 2000) of prisoners, their families, community representatives and service providers was conducted to discover what supports and services were needed while the men were incarnated and upon their release.
