Cook, an aboriginal student enrolled in a television production course at the Native Communications Society in Yellowknife, discusses the role she thinks television can play in Aboriginal communities and culture. Cook also discusses the importance of the North to Canada, and the importance of telling the stories of the people there. Following the presentation the assembled Commissioners discuss some of the issues raised with Cook.
