Looked at literature published from 2000 to 2013 which dealt with level of literacy and existing programs. Findings include country profiles as well as analysis across countries.

The map was apparently published shortly before the Battle of Batoche as it reports "Middelton's column is now on the east bank of the south branch of the Saskatchewan, moving from Clark's Crossing to Batoche, where the enemy is reported to be entrenched in force."
