Combines results of survey completed by respondents from over 120 tribes and case studies of six successful projects carried out by: Assiniboine (Nakota) and Gros Ventre or Ah Ah Nee Nin, Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Ojibwe, Coeur D’Alene, Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Southern California Tribal Digital Village, and Leech Lake.
