Question were asked about rates of crime in communities, promotion of social skills, priority initiatives, limitations hindering development of strategies, problem behaviours, issues targeted by prevention and awareness activities, and issues facing community members.
Even with the amendments made to the Indian Act in 1985, complexities continue to surround Aboriginal people's attempts to regain their legal status.
