He discusses his own personal history, and the history of his people with reference to Aboriginal rights, constitutions, and ill treatment by the federal and provincial governments. Gros-Louis discusses the dispossession of Huron lands and harassment of traditional resource harvesters by government officials. Following his presentation the Commissioners make some comments.
