Audit addressed programs and activities of the selected federal departments between 2004 and 2009. Certain tests relied on information dating back as far as 2000.
Paper developed as a result of the Crown-First Nations Gathering, January 23-24, 2012. Discusses general goals as well as those in specific areas: families and communities, rights, self-government, and economic and environmental interests.
Interviews with Aboriginal artists and community leaders about building new relationships between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Canadians now and in the future.
