Study group consisted of nine men and four women recruited from two minimum security healing lodges, a psychiatric treatment centre, and a medium security institution, who took part in focus groups or individual interviews. All had decreased or ceased engaging in self-harming behavior.
Consists of an interview where he gives a description of punishment for violation of the hunting code. He also gives a brief description of saddle making.

Description
Examination of death certificates between 1911 and 1964 suggest that suicide is not a recent phenomenon and that suicides were recorded as accidental death in the early to mid-twentieth century.
Interview of the grandsons of Little Bear who discuss lifestyle. They tell stories about Cree raids on Blackfoot;the hanging of Little Bear and murder of a storekeeper's son by a medicine man. Interpreter by Alphonse Littlepoplar.
Interview includes a description of life on the reserve that describes milking, sheep-shearing and fishing weirs. It also consists of stories about a woman whose husband turned into a lizard; a story of Wisakedjak; and how Thunder Blanket killed his wife and then himself.
Documentary looks at treatment centre in St. Albert, Albert, the despair of addiction as well as the strength, courage and healing that takes place.

He tells a story of a woman who was taken prisoner and carried off to live in an enemy camp; her treachery against her brothers and husband when they came to rescue her; how she was killed by her own mother because of her treachery; her mother's atonement after the killing.
