Norman Brudy is a member of the Communist party and was provincial party organizer for Saskatchewan in the early 1960s when both Brady and Norris were party members. Brudy gives his impressions of Norris and Brady as political leaders and Marxists and discusses their application of Marxism to the native question.
The intention of this interview was to analyze the present day economic set-up but since the plan was bad, the interview soon ended. No index terms provided.
David Ross, Military Curator of Parks Canada, writes that "this diary ...was donated to Fort Battleford National Historic Park, Parks Canada in 1973 by Lieutenant Wadmore's grandson Dennis E. Harris of Victoria, B.C. along with his N. W. Canada Medal. It is one of the many items of historical interest acquired by the Fort during the long and distinguished tenure of Mrs. Mabel Simpson as Superintendant of the Park.
This file contains a handwritten poem by James L. Robertson titled North West Rebellion / No. 2. March 19th, ‘85. The poem describes the gathering that led to the Prince Albert Volunteer force and includes various names of the Volunteers. Robertson writes of the impending battle against the Sioux at Duck Lake, Saskatchewan and wishes the volunteers well. The letter was donated to the Prince Albert Historical Society Museum by Fred M. Henderson of Victoria, BC in 1979.

A summary of Diamond Jenness's 1927 trip to Newfoundland, where he studied the existence of Inuit features in Beothuk culture, the apparent absence of very ancient Beothuk remains in Newfoundland, and aspects of the Dorset-Eskimo culture.
Consists of observations at a sports day which is an annual affair at every reserve. It is the occasion for horse racing, foot racing, tug-of-war, wrestling, gambling and dances of all kinds.
