Survey included questions about: effect on finances, staffing and services; housing needs of community members during and after pandemic; future organizational requirements; communications from public health officials, vaccine rollout and hesitancy; and community resiliency.

States Census Bureau, and the Arizona Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS).
Total of 1,435 participants completed the survey conducted between December 20 and December 30, 2020, with 91% answering more than half the questions which were about vaccine knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs.
