Gold presents on self-governance and self-determination issues, specifically with regard to placing them within the context of the treaty relationship. Following this, Eric Burt delivers a presentation on the Canada Round talks leading to the Charlottetown Accord with reference to self-governance, and explains how he views those developments going forth in the aftermath of its rejection via referendum.
