Of those surveyed (69), 85% were Indigenous and 57% were Indigenous females; average age for youth experiencing homelessness for the first time was 18, and most common ages were 18 and 21, which coincides with "aging out of care".

Uses 2014 survey data collected from non- Indigenous residents of seven cities. Respondents were asked about a stronger Indigenous presence in governance and public places.
The file contains a presentation by Al Adams, Deputy Mayor, City of Thompson. Deputy Mayor Adams welcomes the Commission to Thompson, then discusses its' demographic and economic composition, funding concerns, co-operation with Aboriginal communities, taxation issues, and resource development. Following the presentation Commissioners Wilson and Chartrand discuss some of the issues raised with Adams.

Soldier discusses the background of the Friendship Centre, its' operations, and some of its' organizational history.
