Joan Beatty was the first Aboriginal woman elected to the Saskatchewan Legislature. Prior to this Beatty had a career in journalism and production, as well as management at SaskTel.Looks at Inuit artist, Kenojuak Ashevak, whose artwork was featured on Canada's 1970 six cent stamp.
