Article works to highlight the diversity of the work being done by Indigenous artists from different communities within the new media arts, but also to explore the partnerships, networks, and practices of solidarity developing within and between these communities.
Sources of data: Indigenous advisors, academic and grey literature review, and environmental scan. Includes information on general context, promising practices, and knowledge gaps around service provision.
Academic and grey literature review conducted on: key issues; principles and desired outcomes; recent historical programs and policies; program and policy recommendations; and international program and policy examples. Options were then examined to determine whether they aligned with principles and desired outcomes, as well as feasibility and viability in current social context.
Annotated list of journal articles dealing with youth suicide prevention. Grouped into: systematic reviews of research literature, community-wide interventions, youth engagement, system-level change, creative partnerships, and culturally and socio-politically informed approaches.
