Provision of Palliative and End-of-Life Care Services to Ontario First Nations Communities: An Environmental Scan of Ontario Health Care Provider Organizations

Reports on data gathered from 27 survey participants and 17 interview participants in November 2011-April 2012. Findings arranged under three themes: region's awareness and knowledge of programs provided in First Nations communities; innovative palliative care practices; and barriers and strengths in delivery programs.
