Kelsey’s Journal of 1691 Reconsidered

Author re-examines the journal and notes of Henry Kelsey, as well as archival records and letters found in the U.K. and in Canada in an attempt to reconstruct the route that Kelsey took into what is now Saskatchewan, during his attempt to convince the tribe then called the “Naywatamee Poets” to come to the Hudson’s Bay to Trade.
