Partnering With American Indian Communities in Strength-Based Collaborative Health Research: Guiding Principles From the Fort Peck Ceremony of Research Project

Findings address relationship building and maintenance, inclusion of Tribal members in research design, respect for Tribal values, beliefs and customs in research process, and the reciprocity of research to assist in promotion of favourable experiences for communities.
