Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples: Presentation by Henoch Obed, Labrador Inuit Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program

This file contains a presentation by Henoch Obed focusing on his organization's mandate to reduce the percentage of substance abuse among the Inuit population of Labrador.
