Decolonizing Diabetes

Researchers use a decolonizing approach in this study; interview 22 people with Type 2 Diabetes in a First Nations community in Northern Ontario to explore the impact of colonization on the lived experience and perceptions about developing type 2 diabetes for Indigenous Peoples.
