Lower Similkameen Indian Band: Vancouver, Victoria and Eastern Railway: Right of Way Inquiry

Submission of a specific claim alleging inadequate compensation for the taking of a right of way in 1905 through Reserves 2, 7, and 8 for the railway use and because this has now been abandoned, the right of way should have been reverted to reserve status.
