Designed to provide facilitators with basic background, lessens and activities to generate discussions about Indigenous law and issues around gender. Divided into six units: What is Indigenous Law?; Stories and Indigenous Laws; Gender and Indigenous Laws; Gender Dynamics, Power and Authority; Violence, Oppression and the Law; and Transforming Systems of Oppression. To be used in conjunction with the stories found in the Gender Inside Indigenous Law Casebook.
