An Exploratory Study Examining the Associations between Sunlight Exposure, Sleep Behaviours and Sleep Outcomes during an Arctic Summer

Research found that participants with better sleep hygiene reported feeling less sleepy; but that sleep outcomes did not differ significantly by evening sunlight exposure length.
