State of Alaska Task Force on the Crimes of Human Trafficking, Promoting Prostitution and Sex Trafficking: Final Report and Recommendations

Includes definition of the term human trafficking, common identifiers of those at risk, primary needs of victims, summaries of information gathered from service organizations, law enforcement, and public hearings, testimony and comments. Thirteen recommendations are made in the areas of prevention, assistance to victims, and amendments to legislation.
