Sweeney, a veteran, discusses his organization the Saskatchewan Indian Veterans Association and how status Indian veterans were not given the benefits awarded to Non-Aboriginal and Metis veterans. Following the presentation Commissioner Blakeney discusses the Indian Act with Tootoosis, and the Commissioners close have a brief general discussion about discrimination in sport followed by a closing prayer by Harriet Arcand.
